We are blessed to celebrate another Memorial Day and the beginning of a new summer season. Last year at this time there was justified anxiousness about what the summer season would bring. There were no vaccines. Only people still getting sick and the promise of vaccines. This Memorial Day weekend we can look back at the past year, mourn our losses, count our blessings and look forward to a happy healthier future. Here at Saint Peter’s as we move forward into the summer months, we will continue to monitor our progress against the Covid virus and slowly reverse the wearing of masks and the necessity for social distancing. This Sunday, May 30 we will continue to require masks be worn when entering, moving about, and leaving the church. Once you are seated for worship, vaccinated people may remove their masks or continue to wear them. We will continue to maintain social distancing. We have protected each other during this perilous time.  Our reversing of restrictions will be done gradually with the intention of keeping everyone safe. God bless you all! See you in church.
